No feedback???!!!

Why does it take so long to give me an answer regarding my application for my credit card? I app**** last week Tuesday online-I sent all the docs via email as requested. No answer on credit card-Then Friday morning Alridge phoned me and asked me to send in all the info and then he will phone me back..No email, no phone call and im still waiting. Im not a Nedbank client but i must say im a bit dissapointed.
