Still no feedback from Nedbank - no acknowledgement of Hello Peter Complaint. loan was settled on 25 Aug- reufnd due to me - now keep chargind admin fee of R69.00 to reduce the refund due to me - was told on Friday that the original closure request was never booked on 26 Aug -reverse the costs not my fault
