No feddback from Collections Manager after promising to provide it

Last week I wrote about a collections department from Nedbank hanging uo on me and not calling me back. In that week, I received a call from Hlalu, A collections department manager apologising on behalf of consultant. I spoke to her on Thursday 20 Jan, I resquested that she gets a copy of my contract with Nedbank for me. She promised to get back to me on Tuesday, 25th Jan. She has not gotten back to me in that Tuesday, today is Friday 29th Jan, its been over a week with no word from her. This is very unprofessional behaviour from Nesbank. I would never reccommend Nedbank to anyone else as they will be treated like this. If Hlalu does not call me today, she must never ever call me again, she is unreliable, i would rather deal with someone else
