NO ETHICS

Let me tell you a story about nedbank and its inability to service a private client.

And why we as private clients are moving to Investec.

I fell into arrears on both my credit cards when Donald Trump put tariffs in place for us south Africans to export to the USA naturally him being in office has hurt my business and did till today.

When nedbank fails to recognize is that although that happened I paid R90 000 and one shot into my credit cards to bring it up to date when money came in.

Ok fast forward trump tariffs further hurt my business again and this time I got word of these issues of the fuel, I in January contacted nedbank to tell them I will not be able to make payment for two months how much can I pay and what options is at disposal to keep my account active bare in mind at the time I was 2/3months in arrears i acknowledged my situation and wanted to pay something rather than nothing.

Nedbank said we dont do any arrangements either you pay or dont pay! (Howz things servicing a customer)

Anyway fast forward i receive no calls/email from banker to say Mr X your account is running the risk of us handing it to Legal, these are the options can you fix it i saw you paid r90k not to long ago what can you pay now(they didnt go through my account history or even contact me from my banker - thats what they there for right)

Fast forward, things are getting fine now I call to say i haven't been getting statements whats happening ive been occupied.

Negligence on my part in some way keeping in mind from Jan to may ive been calling nedbank to ask them dont they solutions same story.

Now my account is in Legal. First time ever!! Not like I paid 90k less than 6 months ago!

No communication from banker!! No opportunity or solutions on the table to avoid my account falling into the state it did!!

Let's see how this hold up in court cause I will definitely defend this and when I will I will keep you posted on tiktok so you can share your nedbank story
