No empathy or understanding to assist.

I received bad news in my life that Nedbank just wanted to take my property after I tried to explain to them my side of the story. I believe that they are not here to assist people but to frustrate them for whatever reason. I wanted to make a payment arrangement with them, but they refused to help me. It is only their way or they will take my house. We are talking about one's livelihood.
