Useless. I went with my son to open an account at East Rand Mall. We waited an hour, and it took another hour and 10 minutes to open a plain savings account. If i comapre this to the paperless method of Capitec it is just rediculous. Furthermore the cellphone app want complete acces to your phone, all info, apps, camera etc!@!
