No Delivery from Avo and One Cart AGAIN!

I have been using Avo since last year. Unfortunately there have been numerous technical and delivery issues during this time. The most recent is them calling past the delivery time to let me know they cannot fill my order. This is not good enough and not the first time such has happened. I don’t understand how they can commit to an order, take the money and not deliver without notifying customers in good time and to repeat this on more than one occasion. Ordering directly from the stores is going to be my way forward.
