No Debit Card in brunch available

I received good Service from the representative at Welkom brunch.by opening the money to go account but he could continue to assist with the money app as the brunch did not have debit cards and need to order and I was told may take up to 3 days I don't have a brunch in my town and have to travel just to fetch the card.
