No customer Support

My problem has been going on for over a week , I have changed devices and I am trying to load my Nedbank money app onto my new device , However I need to receive the sms OTP in order to complete the loading of the app.

I am abroad and have been receiving sms on my number with no past or current problems and might I point out that this is my Registered number with Nedbank and the money app.

Everytime I call in I need to explain my situation to the new consultant with thinks they are technicians as I'm going to state a few instances of what I've been told.

Firstly I was told to unlink my device an the app and was assured that was the problem why I was not receiving the sms, by doing that I lost all access to make any transactions.

Second instance. I was told that there are too many devices linked to my profile and I need to delete all devices as this is the problem why I am not getting the sms.

Third instance . I was told that because I'm using wifi I cannot get the sms.

Fourthly. I was told that the error seems to be on Nedbank side and my details will be forwarded to the app technical background department to call me. Still no call or Sms.

Fifth instance. Was the most helpful but no fireworks. Consultant was very helpful and escalated my issue although he promised to call me at a certain time 2 days ago. Still no call.

6th instance, they said my case is escalated and I will receive feedback soon.

7th . The consultant asks me to explain my situation again to her .

Bearing in mind each call to Nedbank is an International call and I've been spending money and time trying to solve my issue.

Still no reply.

Called in again today , consultant says they cannot see the status of the escalated case and wants me to explain again.

This is highly frustrating as I cannot perform transaction. I think the service level is way below average and some staff seem very ***********.

I will be publishing this on other social media platforms aswell to make sure that when people travel abroad they do not have this experience.
