No customer service

I'm very irritated with Nedbank for various reasons. They don't respond to my emails after asking me to email them and when you send a complaint about not getting feedback to their complaints department they still don't respond. Such horrible service. When you apply for credit they say a consultant will contact but they never do. Very frustrating.
