No Customer Service

So Nedbank decide to alter their online banking so that you need 10 digits of your profile to log in...the older platform required 7. I owe money on my Amex account and pay it from mt Nedbank account. Try and deal with their customer care.....insane....uhhh...we cant do that, you need to go to a branch...the branch has 20 people standing outside...I am 66, and will not expose myself to this. So Nedbank.,..when you want money for Amex...call me and give me my profile number...until then....you get nothing
