NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL IN THIS BANK
Nedbank you so pathetic and your employees are what will make you loose customers, We have a club account with NEDBANK and on Tuesday(8/12/15) we put a notice for the bank to transfer our money to our accounts days went by there was no money. Went back on Thursday the guy said he was doing it but i guess he thought only people with NEDBANK accounts must get the money the rest can go hang themselves.....We play these stokvels because we have plans for our money and you guys are just inconveniencing us. YOU ARE NEVER GETTING OUR BUSINESS NOT EVER AGAIN. I'm so irritated by the service I recieve when I'm trying to enquire no customer service whatsoever.<br>
