No Customer Service!

I have been banking with Nedbank for well over 25 years and have a current account, a credit card, vehicle finance and a bond with them.

I have just acquired a business and so, naturally, I need a business account. So I thought it would be best and to open a business account with Nedbank. I was proven so wrong!

firstly sent an on-line inquiry via their website, to which I have received NO RESPONSE! I then called them, only to be told that they would have someone from their business banking section call me.....that was almost two weeks ago.......and NO RESPONSE!

Nedbank! If this is how your treat a long standing CUSTOMER, then I would hate to know what new customers must be experiencing!

Shame on you!
