no customer service

<p>Netbank consultants, I called and I have been holding for about 30 minutes then a lady answered and transfers me to another one , I hold again for 20 minutes a guy answered and transfers me again and I hold for 15 minutes a guy buy the name of Johannes answered and he couldn't help he just told me to go to the nearest branch , like seriously! !!!!!! After holding for so long!!!!!!! What about my airtime??? This is ridiculous </p>
