No customer service

It’s been 3 month without any feedback from the home loan application, I have app**** home loan for more than 3 month to change the bond from my ex husband to my name everything was submitted up until today I’m still waiting to be told if I qualify or not, and again if one does not call for follow up no one bothers to call and give update but funny I’m receiving calls to make payment every month

Would like to know if I should go do application to other banks or what
