No Customer Service 😢

The call centre service is really really appalling :( I've spent 2 hours today trying to speak to you guys. The agents answer and then keep quite or hang up. My car finance has still not deducted and I called yesterday asking you guys to deduct (after speaking to a rude agent yesterday he said yoj would deduct) I regret moving my debit order over to you guys. I went to the branch in Parow they referred me back to the call centre that does not answer calls 😞 the frustration
