No customer service

After 4 visits to the Nedbank Menlyn branch and many email exchanges between *** and ***, NOTHING has been done to resolve my online banking problems. This error still pops up: Error code: R134 - You are not a signatory on the business. Yet the signatories were added in person at Nedbank Menlyn branch on 2 December. It took more than 2 hours.
