No customer service

I am shocked at the service at Nedbank Maponya! There is only 2 clients and more than 10 employees yet they are not calling anyone. They sre on a go slow mode. The receptionist even went to tell them that she will the clients to the counter because they dont want to serve customers. Some are on their phones while we wait. This is really ridiculous to put it lightly.
