No Credit Increase in 5 Years

I have a gold Nedbank Credit card since 2010. I have been conducting my account well,but have not received a credit limit increasr in over 3 years. My salary has increased every year and I did opt for the automatic credit increase when I opened the account. After banking with Nedbank since 2004,I am fed up with the lack of service and will move my account to Absa if I dont receive a credit limit increase of R5000.
