No Covid assistance from Nedbank.

I'm utterly disgusted with Nedbank's attitude. As a company that positioned itself as a champion for assisting customers who experience loss of income during the lockdown period, their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. I submit my request to them, with all supporting documents on 16 April & still awaiting an outcome. No one ever bothered providing feedback.
