No correspondence for credit card application

I app**** in the beginning of January for a credit card up till now I haven’t gotten any feed back as to how my application went. I check my credit report every month and that is how I saw that the application was successful. No informed me to come pick up my card. This is disheartening getting this type of service from a well established bank.
