No confirmation on overdraft increase

I app**** for an increase in my overdraft earlier today. It went through all the steps, including the Nedbank Insurance process. I went through everything, and at the end it was a blank screen which I closed after a while. I received an SMS stating that my Overdraft Assurance Policy has been issued. But I haven't heard anything regarding the overdraft.
