No confirmation accepting Notice to sell property
on 22 July I informed Nedbank Home Loans of my intension to sell my property (in line with the 90 day requirement to avoid penalty interest). On 19 October I made enquires to confirm that the Notice was in order only to be told that all details were not captured by the call centre agent on 22 July. Agent no. 2 undertook to escalate the matter to a manager who will call me to resolve the matter. No call to date. I made enquiries again this morning only to be told the same story - a manager will call to resolve.<br> This is totally unacceptable as I diligently comp**** with the 90 day notice period but Nedbank cannot confirm that my Notice was placed!
