No concern for possible *****

I have been trying to no avail to get someone from the Nedbank Corporate division to call me about an account that has been opened in my name that i have no idea about.

I just cannot get anyone to call me back, answer my email, or put me in touch with the correct person... this is very concerning especially as this has a high likelihood of being related to *****.

Please can someone urgently assist
