No communication with relationship bankers

Nedbank has the most ridiculous lack of communication when it comes to getting hold of relationship bankers! They never contact you when your relationship banker has changed. You only find out once you’ve emailed them and get an automated saying that they are no longer your relationship banker. What am I paying my high fees for?? Come on Nedbank! Do better!
