No communication for a whole year regarding a restructuring and now they are already trying to sell the roof over our head!

Its been 1 year since we have app**** for a restructuring of our house because of my husbands ex wife that passed away.. we have made an attempt to find out what is going on with no answers. This morning we have found a letter at our gate saying our house is going on auction the 27th July... so from this morning i am busy trying to figure out what is going on.. i have a very help person at Nedbank trying his level best to help me but it seems the other departments he is asking for help is not helping him.. how can Nedbank homeloan department take a whole year for a restructuring? Why did we not receive any feedback? How can our house already be listed at agencys if we are not even aware of what is going on? They have not given us any choice in this regard. We have a child that needs a roof and a bed and Nedbank has just decided to take that away?
