No communication at all from Nedbank

The worst response one can receive from Nedbank. I regret why I opened an account. My account is still on soft freeze for no reason. Person who deposited money into my account has her account released but mine still on hold. I have provided all required documents. I hate what is happening. Person who is handling my account doesn't communicate with me at all. I'm very angry now with all this happening. This is a bull**** service that has to wait for this long over nothing. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
