No Communication

Insurance company paid estate money to wrong account, after we went to Nedbank to fix the problem they said they will pay the money over to the late estate account, after a week the money was not yet paid into the account, after we enquire at bank were estate account was **** they said there was an error with the estate account, but Nedbank after we asked them what was wrong said .... they paid the money over and nothing was wrong, they could not even tell us the money was paid back to nedbank.... disgusting service... cant be bothered to help people.
