No communication

I app**** for a Nedbank credit card more than a month ago, nobody followed up to say it was approved i had to call last week only to find out the card is still with the courier company. the girl i spoke to said it will now be delivered to my nearest branch to avoid paying courier cost ,it has been just over a week now and yet again no feedback as to where my card is
