No Client Concern

I know that you have to give 3 months notice on a Home loan for early cancellation. I gave the notice last year, not realising that a year had passed, I eventually find a buyer, but must now pay a cancellation fee R1183. on a balance of R75000. What a *******. Even though Ive never missed a payment and paid more every month to bring the balance down. They must be getting less profit for their shareholders. Anyway be careful if you have a home loan. They have lost future business for R1183 and I will be transferring my investments out of Nedbank
