No cash received but deducted it from my bank account

The 29th of August I went to Nedbank ATM at Shell fulling station in Zeerust to make a withdraw,the ATM only gave me my card and NO cash(no reve**** transaction done),I reported this to Nedbank straight away and they told me it's going to take upto 4 working days to rectify problem,AND STILL NO MONEY PAID!!!. ALSO WENT TO THE BRANCH (ZEERUST) TO REPORT IT. Please,fix this cause I can't afford it to loose that money.
