No care no worry

So here's the situation I app**** for a payment break on my vehicle payments due to company on short time and they granted me 2 months namely April and May 2024 but come the 25th of April they debitted me and despite numerous of calls n emails refuse to sort the issue leaving me with a negative balance and no money to buy food. No matter how many times I phoned it was dead end and I'm still waiting for issues to be resolved. N I'm broke.
