NO CARE IN THE WORLD: Nedbank

How this bank keeps getting the accolades they receive is beyond me. Reported that my app hasn't been functioning for over a year. A week later, still no solution even though one of the "Digital Specialists" called Akhona promised to call me back. In my state of fury, I emailed a person meant to be my business banker: Devan Fritz last week Wednesday. No response either. No one cares here
