No Care for their customers

I made arrangements to pay my Nedbank credit card a certain amount each month when I checked my bank balance the next day all my funds was taken out my account even though I had a arrangement in place and Nedbank is giving me a run around and are saying they doubt they can refund my money now I don’t know how I am going to get to work or provide food for my family! What a great service Nedbank well done I will be taking my banking elsewhere and whoever I know I will tell them about this
