No care for the elderly

Today at 9 30 , ,y wife accompanied her mother to the bank , my wife and my mother in law stood in the que for more than an hour waiting to go into the branch , my mother in law a pensioner and my wife who can not stand for too long had to wait , shouldn't there be some sort of compassion for pregnant and elderly people?

I called the branch , no one picked up the phone and than i called the head office number , they couldn't get a hold of the branch or the branch manger.

its now 11 30 from this morning they are still not helped.

Nedbank Lenasia Trade route mall you guys are terrible in showing compassion for people , at least try and care!
