No care for elderly customers

This bank doesn't care abouts it's elderly clients my Mom's card is not working error massage "card restricted". She is 80 years old, she is very sick she can't even walk. I couldn't buy her medication today because of this I called the call centre the lady calmly told me to take my sick mom to the branch with her id an proof of residence. I tried to explain the situation but she was not interested. I used the card on the 4th it was working fine, 3 days later it's not . We didn't receive any SMS or mail to update anything on her account. With the little knowledge I have I think we couldn't have been notified about the problem. This is more thun and inconvenience it's distracting a person's health how are we going to get her medication and all other supplies she needs on a daily basis. Maybe for u guys it's just business to me it's my mother's life we are talking about that is been played with.
