No care for clients call ***

I just been on a call with a Thulane Ngwenya from Nedbank collections, well I had the most inhuman, non-sympatic interaction that left me speechless. I called in to ask that he increase my repayment amount on my personal loan of we he obliged to do once I started asking on the premises of amortizing my repayment i told to refer to my contract and also that no one on the call center could assist - I felt dumb and stupid, thank you Nedbank for employing people of this nature, not sympathy and a cold hearted individual that enjoys a salary withtout cater for the clients needs.
