no care client service

Good day i hope someone can assist me.

Nedbank made an error on my credit report and said they will get it fixed but now after the case has been closed they do not care...

i have been send from pillar to post while begging for a ref number that was send to trans union to update my accounts.

Nedbank is damaging my credit record as this is now the second time this has happend .

when i do manage to get someone to answer they transfer me again.
