No business crds received from April till todate

We have ope a business account in April 2015 at Nedbank, until now we didn't received any business cards.<br> How does Nedbank think we must used the account, we transfer money for diesels and than Sars will have to know what happened to the monies we keep on transferring. this is not good and I want a letter from nedbank stating that it is their fault that we transfer monies and can't swipe with our business cards.
