NO BENEFITS ON A BUSINESS ACCOUNT

Both me and my husband have a business account with Nedbank. Phoned to enquire regarding Greenbacks / benefits. Basically you have to pay an annual fee of R216.00. However the only points you can earn is for swiping your card at Pick a Pay etc. When I told her this is a business, she told me unfortunately all greenbacks work the same. No points on petrol or Internet payments etc. The facilities that a normal business use is not included in any benefit calculation!!! Only when swiping your card at a grocery store!!. Now please tell me what business use their card at a Pick a Pay. On top of this our bank charges are extremely high and you have to pay for benefits, but at the end you pay for nothing. This is absurd!!! I am now seriously considering moving to another bank.
