no benefit for business banking

What's the point of having a business/bulk teller if the customer STILL HAS TO WAIT IN LINE with everyone else? How does this benefit businesses? What is the point of a bulk teller? Surely a business or someone standing with bulk cash should be helped quickly so that they can GET BACK TO THEIR BUSINESS. The new Parow Centre Nedbank is unsafe and will not attract businesses! It is more likely that it will attract *********!
