NO BANK I SMALL TOWNS AND ATM'S NOT SUFFICIENT

I'm complaining because there are no banks in the small towns. Our town have two ATM's. All customers must use only two ATM's. We can only make deposits at the FNB ATM. This two ATM's must service about 5000(could be more) people. On month end and SASSA payday's it is nearly impossible to withdraw money at the two ATM's because the lines are too long. Why don't the banks install ATM's in the location to make it easier for customers to not have to walk to town to withdraw money?? What about the old people? We pay banking fees as all the other customers. We have to pay more because if you are not Standard Bank or FNB customer, you pay more fees at the other ATM's. This is unfair treatment of customers.
