No bank card for over a month

I should've left this ******* of a bank a long time ago, I currently don't have a bank card (since January) and I am also not receiving greenbacks. I just came back from the Musgrave branch and they could not assist me. No wonder Nedbank is doing very badly in ratings, their service is pathetic.
