No assistance with ***** / ****

We have been caught in a **** and lost thousand of rands. we immediately notified both banks (********* were with nedbank). we got a reference number (31March2022) and that was the last we heard from them. After sending through all the documents and the SAPS police case number, no update, no information, no nothing!!! What does concern me is how did Nedbank FICA these guys? or did they also just look at ********** documents and approved the bank account? My concern in South Africa is not that there is so many ****s out there- but HOW ARE THE BANKS PROTECTING the public and the businesses??? These **** guys get away with millions through our slack banking massive red tape but no action financial institutions
