No assistance on Late Estate from Nedbank

I have been trying to get assistance from Nedbank as the executor of my brother's late estate i have tried going to the branch in Auckland park and also contacting my late brother's private banker no one can assist me, just because i cannot repatriate my younger brother's belongings as he passed away in Thailand i have tried providing his South African passport as proof of Identification as it was repatriated with his body and also indicating on an affidavit from the police that i do not have his ID because i do not have the funds to repatriate his belongings even with the letter from the magistrates going for the second week now there is no form of assistance, no sense of empathy you try and contact their deceased estate department no answer waiting for hours on call everyday
