No assistance in branch

Waited in the Mutual Park pinelands branch with no one even acknowledging that I exist for the first 5 minutes and even another customer arriving after me but being served before me, finally someone asked me what I’m there for before telling me they on my have one staff member in the newly refurbed branch so I may need to wait another 15 minutes, as I don’t work and have time for that.
