No assistance from Nedbank during difficult times

I have not being working since end of July 2019. I am going to be challenged to make my personal loan payment so I call the personal loan department who say they cannot assist me as Nedbank does not offer assistance such as a two month grace period on the loan. Instead I will fall into arrears, get a bad credit rating and take longer to find employment with a bad credit rating. This is unacceptable as nedbank offers this service on their MFC vehicle finance products. I have been a client of Nedbank's for more than 20 years. My NPL # is *** and ID # ***. I WILL BE RECEIVING "NO" MONEY END OF SEPTEMBER!!! SO I CANNOT PAY A REDUCED AMOUNT
