No assistance for black clients !

My experience at nedbank just keeps getting worse by day!!!

I have been with this bank since I was in high school and it just keeps getting worse! Being an African client at such a ****** bank is just the worst! I’ve made a request 48+hrs ago in regards with my nedbank send imali refund and all 3 consultants I’ve spoken too they have confirmed it’ll be refunded by today around 8am and now I call to find out the status of my case and they tell me to give them again another 48hrs! They refer me to complaints department and the lady there which is Meline Govender is also downright just rude and not being of any assistance! Nedbank consultants just don’t care especially if you’re Black!!!!! I am finally done with this bank and all it’s useless excuses in helping a client in prompt time! What the actual hell!
