No assistance!

I have mulktiple accounts with this bank. Over a week ago I requested that the speedpoint for my business be upgraded. An agent called me and said I should complete and return forms, which I did. He also explained that the new unit is,in fact, cheaper than the current one.

Its been about a week now and I get no response from the person.

It seemms now that i will be saving a few Rand on the speedpoint rental, Nedbank is no longer interested in assisting me!
