No Assistance at ALL !!!!

I am writing to follow up on my home loan interest rate review. I initially contacted your department on 20 November 2025, and was advised that I would receive a call within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication to date. I called again on 12 December 2025 to follow up, but I still have not received any feedback via phone or email. I am very disappointed with the service from Nedbank
